Trick Chassis

Trick Chassis builds custom chassis components for racers who want to hook hard and launch straight. The product and the work on the floor were already proven at the track. The job was to expand the reach and get it in front of far more people than just the follower count.

The shop was busy. The feed was quiet.

Trick Chassis was already building parts that riders trusted. The proof was on the bench every day. Online, the posts still reached 150,000 to 200,000 people, but the same content kept landing with the same people and the growth had flattened. Real numbers, no momentum.

In reality, a brand that sells on trust needs the whole audience, cold and warm, to see the work, not just the regulars. So I put the shop floor on camera and built a system around it.

Content that sells the part.

Twice a year I run a media day at the shop. Fresh photos of new parts, built to stop the scroll, plus the flyers and promo pieces they get used in and a stack of video I pull from all year. The same look on the feed, the profile, and the counter, so the brand holds no matter where a buyer finds it.

The work

Full-time social, run like a shop.

Not a post here and there. A system that runs every week through Trello, where Alex approves posts and ads in a few taps, so the brand stays in front of buyers between drops.

Social management

Content and posting handled full time. Reels from the floor, product features, and customer builds, planned and shipped on a schedule.

Newsletters

Email that keeps buyers close between launches and points high-intent readers straight back to the site.

Media days

Twice a year, on-site shoots for fresh video and photos of the shop and the parts. The fuel the whole system runs on.

Brand assets

More than a feed.

The pieces the shop hands to a buyer or drops in with an order. A print brochure for the counter and to send out with orders. A monthly newsletter that keeps buyers close between drops. Business cards for the pits. A shirt a customer will actually wear. All of it runs on one brand identity, recognizable as Trick Chassis wherever it shows up.

A big list that mostly heard from the shop around the holidays. Now it runs year round. One send a month, plus a resend that catches the people who missed the first one. A revenue-generating asset again, not just a holiday habit.

The card Alex hands out in the pits, his details on the front and a scan-to-shop code on the back. And a shirt built off the same logo, icon on the chest, flag and wordmark across the back. Both put the brand in front of the exact crowd that buys.
